If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They should be winner of the most terrible Chevrolet dealership in the Twin Cities. Brought my vehicle there for service and when I arrive to pick it up they pull it up with a smashed window and my dashboard torn completely out. The response I got was "It wasn't like that yesterday." After waiting around about 15 minutes for the manager I was told that it was my problem and I had to make an insurance claim through my own personal insurance company. Sold me a truck with drugs stored in the back seat. Went in to talk to the sales manager and was laughed at like it wasn’t an issue. I would never buy from this dealer again. Not sure how they still have a dealer license.
Haven’t even signed for the vehicle yet but I feel inclined to give 5 stars. Worked with Emily from start to finish and she was amazing throughout. Her knowledge, her patience with my daughter, and her ability to keep the process flowing smoothly was all appreciated. If you need a vehicle, Walser is the place to go; we’ve bought 2 vehicles from here and have had amazing experiences both times. Kudos to these guys for showcasing what it means to provide remarkable service.
It's never a burden to go to this dealership. The facility is clean with a great waiting room area. The staff is friendly and professional. You can wait for your vehicle or use the shuttle service they provide.
I have never had such excellent customer service in buying a vehicle before ! It was so easy and hassle free. Everyone was very easy to work with and found us exactly what we wanted ! Can't thank Chad and his people enough !
