After holding for more than 30 minutes I hung up because I am working. I needed to see if I could get a copy of my prescription due to the recall on my Phillips cpap machine. It harbors carcinogens and Phillips recommends not using it immediately and doesn't have immediate plans for repair nor replacement due to the volume involved. Sad situation since the cpap is necessary for breathing while sleeping or napping.

DON"T GO HERE!!!!! I have been trying for 2 years to get a bill resolved. They are unprofessional and liars, no one has the same answer for simple questions. I have left several messages on the we will call you back in 4 days voicemail box and still have not received a call today I will be sending a message to the CEO maybe he or she will answer and tell the truth about things !
Hello - this review is for the sleep equipment supplied by the team. Over the last two years I was ordering the mask and tube from Merit and they were charging me 280 per order. I went to Philips official store on amazon and was able to replicate the same order for 40 bucks. I feel betrayed and have lost over 2000 over multiple orders
Wow! As a critical provider of sleep apnea equipment they are awful! Their customer service is abysmal. I have left several voicemails and emails over the last 3 months with no response! In the meantime I am sleeping with dirty equipment! Time to find a new vendor.
