Contacted 3 different times over a month period to have my driveway seal coated. First I was told they would be able to complete it during the current calendar year. By the 3rd call since so much time had passed I was told they wouldn’t be able to do it until next year. After 3 phone calls and waiting over a month I have still not received an estimate or phone call back....
RecommendedYour team did a fantastic job installing our new drive just in time for a early snow fall Would recommend using Merit as they do quality work and all members of their team were great !!! THEY DID MY DRIVE AND A YEAR LATER IT SETTLED, CRACKED AND LOOKED LIKE HELL. I WAS TOLD IT WAS BECAUSE MY VAN WAS TOO HEAVY, GIVE ME A BREAK !!! AN EMPTY HALF TON VAN TOO HEAVY ? BS THE AREA WAS NOT PREPARED RIGHT. NOT ENOUGH GRAVEL, COMPACTING AND PAVED TOO SOON. THEY HAD THE NERVE TO GIVE ME A PROPOSAL TO FIX IT THAT WAS EVEN MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL COST AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LOUSY WORK. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
