I rent an apartment at The Fountains at Deerwood in Jacksonville Florida a property managed by Merion Residential. For the past few years my rent has been paid using autopay with no problems. August rent did not come out automatically. I’ve been told that the autopay set up had a.termination date that I was not aware of. I was never notified that it expired. I was.charged a $160 late fee. I am a tenant at Flagler Pointe Apartments in St. Petersburg Florida, an apartment complex that is managed by Marion Residential. I rent a one bedroom with my service dog, and since March 28th 2025, the A/C in the apartment has not worked. The TEMP inside the apartment is 85 degrees in the middle of a Florida summer! The AC unit is exposed in my closet, there is mold on the ceiling, the Pipes of the A/C freeze and when they melt drip water everywhere, there is rust in the shower, my window is cracked still!
