DO NOT rent at Carillon Woods in Delaware which is owned by Merion. When you leave a security deposit you can kiss that money good bye. They will find a way to take that deposit and leave you next to nothing. Plenty of other choices for apartments in the area and some newer ones down the street.
The worst freaking company! Don’t rent from any of their properties. A lot of fees and their places are infested with roaches. They make you pay for valet trash just to fine you for valet trash not doing their job. They don’t even deserve a 1 star! All they care about is money.
