I am a tenant at Flagler Pointe Apartments in St. Petersburg Florida, an apartment complex that is managed by Marion Residential. I rent a one bedroom with my service dog, and since March 28th 2025, the A/C in the apartment has not worked. The TEMP inside the apartment is 85 degrees in the middle of a Florida summer! The AC unit is exposed in my closet, there is mold on the ceiling, the Pipes of the A/C freeze and when they melt drip water everywhere, there is rust in the shower, my window is cracked still! Clueless. Totally clueless.
DO NOT rent at Carillon Woods in Delaware which is owned by Merion. When you leave a security deposit you can kiss that money good bye. They will find a way to take that deposit and leave you next to nothing. Plenty of other choices for apartments in the area and some newer ones down the street.
