Great experience with Dr. Brown and her team. The office is clean, and both the receptionist and assistant are friendly and efficient. Dr. Brown is thorough, attentive, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She genuinely seems to care about my health and overall well-being. Highly recommend!
Such empathy and attention to detail! I have been to Penn, Jefferson and many other practices. This Dr. and practice is something different than anything I have experienced as a woman dealing with esthetic dermatological issues which can be so challenging. She is brilliant for one and aside from her expertise she has a compassionate side to match. Which in my experience is just as challenging to find in hair loss issues and skin that itches constantly! I recommend her one million times over!
I am editing my original review. While the staff and the doctor were very nice and good, the billing was outrageous! I paid $100 in office to have 2 skin tags removed. I was fine with that. Then, weeks later, they charged my credit card over $175! After that, I got another bill for $88 from a lab! Over $300 to remove 2 skin tags! Outrageous!
