Sue and Sarah have been so helpful during my moving process! Club Merion has also easily been one of the most well kept apartment complex’s I’ve lived in
We had a great experience at Club Merion. The staff are friendly and helpful. There were cute events in the community room like a cooking class and a potluck. A food truck comes to the parking lot on a weekly basis, usually. And the green space in the back was essential for keeping our two kids and two pups happy. We also enjoyed the trails and the convenient yet quiet location. 10/10 experience.
Genuinely warm and caring front desk staff! I moved in 3 months ago and have exclusively had positive experiences with everyone I've interacted with here. Any service requests I put in are addressed quickly and thoroughly! They constantly bring in food trucks, have fun like community events, and free donuts in the lobby on Fridays! You're a short drive (~7 minutes) to the hub of Columbia! If you're on the fence about where to move, you will be happy here at Merion!
Moved here from another state and researched surrounding counties and cities, eventually settled on Columbia. From there I compiled a list of communities recommended to me from friends and coworkers alike, visited these communities along with their units, and ended up choosing Club Merion. I lived at Club Merion for 1 year in a 1 bedroom 1 den apartment on the 5th floor During my stay here, I had no issues. The housing department staff, Sue, Sarah, Caroline, were very helpful in answering all my questions through out my lease. They are in the downstairs office full time during the week and also always answered my phone calls. The maintenance staff were very very prompt, sometimes the same day I put in any request.
