Sue, Sarah, and the rest of the staff here were fantastic all summer. They made the effort to actually get to know us and made the building feel like a real community. Any time I had a question or an issue, someone responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. I was here as a summer intern, and it made my entire experience better having a place I looked forward to coming home to. If you're an intern looking for housing in the area, I'd recommend this place without hesitation!
Super great management, easy and enjoyable people to talk to. they make an effort to make merion feel like a community through apartment events and food trucks. Not to mention quiet area and basketball courts. Definitely recommend.
It has been a pleasure residing at Club Merion Apartments for the past two months. The place is very quiet and clean. The leasing office is phenomenal! Sue and Sarah are always willing and ready to assist your every need! Maintenance has also been on point with quick and fast service.
I’ve lived at Club Merion for just over a year now and it’s been a great experience. I am military and was transferring to Maryland from Hawaii and they made sure I was set and ready to move-in within just over a week. The staff is amazing and are very accommodating to military personnel, the maintenance crew is extremely fast in getting issues resolved, and overall the sense of community and kindness here is very welcoming. I Highly Recommend.
I love this place! I chose to stay here for a short term lease and plan to return! The staff (Sue and Sarah) are so accommodating and genuinely try to help whenever possible. I've felt taken care of, comfortable, and free living at the Club Merion! Try it out, you won't regret it!
