We moved here from NC, site unseen, and absolutely lovvvvved it! The staff here is the kindest and most helpful you will ever find in an apt building. If it were our choice and these were condos, we would have bought one...we asked, no dice.
I’ve had a great experience living at Club Merion—the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with responsive management that truly cares about residents. Sue and Sarah are the best! The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable. It’s also a fantastic location for military members, being 20–25 minute drive to Fort George G. Meade.
I absolutely love living here. Safe , friendly, secure apartments. The associates in the office know you by name. Have social functions for residents to get to know each other better. Highly recommend
I've been at Club Merion for a little over a month now and I love it! The staff made me feel so comfortable and at home through the entire process of moving in. We have the one bedroom which is the perfect size for me and my spouse!! Sue and Sarah are the absolute best 🩷
I've been living here for a while now and absolutely love it. The 1 bed, 1 bath unit with an office is perfect for a bachelor. The office is a great bonus if working from home or even making it a personal cave for hobbies. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and in a great location too.
