Having resided in Club Marion Apartments for over a decade, if you are the kind of person searching for class and comfort without giving up affordability, then Club Marion is the ideal place. The amenities are numerous, the rooms are spacious and cozy in design, and there is real sense of community present.
The leasing staff at Club Merion are so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Sarah and Sue are always quick to answer any questions received from renters. This apartment complex is quiet and well-maintained.
The staff, maintenance, and overall experience living here was really great. Their maintenance was always on time and put in so much effort to make sure things were running smoothly. From late night plumbing calls to modifying the dryer to reduce the alarm noise, they always took care and I really appreciated it. The floor plans where great for roommates and noise was never a problem. We moved here from NC, site unseen, and absolutely lovvvvved it! The staff here is the kindest and most helpful you will ever find in an apt building. If it were our choice and these were condos, we would have bought one...we asked, no dice.
I’ve had a great experience living at Club Merion—the community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with responsive management that truly cares about residents. Sue and Sarah are the best! The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and comfortable. It’s also a fantastic location for military members, being 20–25 minute drive to Fort George G. Meade.
