I Love the Club Merion! It has such a warm home feeling! The staff is so friendly I love having a morning coffee with them. The maintenance team is so proactive I feel like I am in good hands. The holidays have always been extra special! Especially in the winter they go all out! So much community bonding it’s a perfect classic Columbia living. I can’t say enough nice things!!
Club Merion is an amazing community that never has a dull moment. The customer service and genuine care for the residents is unmatched. The response from the maintenance team is nothing short of extraordinary. The building, even down to the beautiful landscaping and grounds, is immaculate. The community activities and continental breakfast on Friday mornings are a welcomed perk, but the entore team's dedication to the residents puts Club Merion in a league all its own!
No microwaves? For these prices? Tiny gym, WEIRD window layout in bedrooms, thin balcony, uncomfortable. You really only want to live on the first floor with the courtyard for these prices, but even then, not worth imo. Weirdly fancy hotel lobby for such mediocre apartments. Better to try the other 4 better apartments in this same area.
Never had a serious issue during my time living here, and always enjoyed the peace and quiet of being tucked away in a nice and scenic (especially for walking) residential area, but what I valued the most was the dedication, transparency, and above all friendliness from the leasing office, Sue, Caroline, as well as all the staff (the maintenance dudes are incredibly nice and helpful) that not only made my home at the time feel very well taken care of but always gave something to look forward to with very nice touches, like t... read more
The Club Merion is fantastic! I have never encountered an office as welcoming and kind as Club Merion. And the maintenance staff are extremely quick to respond and reliable. Everyone does an incredible job of making you feel like you belong!
