Linh is amazing! We were in a difficult situation, with my parents out of state, and we were unable to go prepare the home for sale. She helped us donate or throw out all the stuff and mail us some important documents and keepsakes. She then explained the contract and all the offers in detail, providing excellent pros and cons summary.
