Linh and team were consummate professionals in handling the sale of my home. From their assessment of the listing price, so their assistance with preparing the property, to the furniture used to stage it, everything was prompt, thorough, and the property looked great when it hit the market. The escrow process had some extra steps which Linh saw through, and I was kept appraised of the status at all times. They're just really nice people too, and that's important to me.
I found Meridox through yelp and decided to work with them after my initial phone call with Linh. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But Linh was very informative and guided me through every step of the way. I have nothing but positive things to say after successfully closing on my first home in a short escrow time making the loan process feel seamless. Highly recommend!
