Visited the apartment complex today to check for vacancies. We were in luck because they had one available in the size we were interested in. Lilli was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was able to show us the actual apartment that is vacant. It is in pristine condition. Fingers crossed that the application is accepted.
Apartment complex is nice. However, staff is excellent. I left the community some time ago. However, I still remember helpful staff Lilly, Andria, Chris, and Ryan. They made living in the apartment complex much easier. I agree that the new owner of apartment complex (WPM) is not very friendly to the tenants, but staff is still the same and really works hard to keep tenants happy.
Lilli gave me the best tour of all 6 properties I toured in the area. Although I didn’t move there for job reasons, I was highly impressed with the facilities and kindness from all members of the leasing team. Thank you!
This apartment complex truly makes you feel at home. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I never felt like “just a resident,” I felt like I was personally known and cared about. The maintenance staff are amazing, any time I had a question about anything, they were there to help or fix it, not that anything needed fixing! The grounds are beautiful, the living spaces are modern, and the gym and pool are the highlights of living there. The location is also nice- far enough away from city life ... read more
