The new ownership leaves much to be desired. The maintenance department gets five stars Maintenanceis very responsive. As for the administration/leasing office, you are lucky to get a response within a week. 2 stars for them.

I loved living at Meridian West Shore and the only reason I left is because I moved out of state, or else I would’ve renewed my lease. The complex is very peaceful and has nice walking paths for the residents and their dogs. There’s a train nearby but I didn’t find it to be very loud or intrusive at all. The pool is beautiful in the summer months and the units themselves are very nice looking inside and quiet. During the winter, the snow was cleared out fast.
