They are incredibly sweet and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and at home. The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well. Meridian West Shore is a fabulous place to live. It is perfectly located making it easy to access several key areas such as the Capital City Mall, all major highways, downtown Harrisburg, and neighborhoods of Mechanicsburg. I have been a resident here since Oct 2018. Meridian has served us outstandingly in all aspects of Apartment living. The location could not be any better for us in all areas of life. The maintenance people are prompt and all outside places are completely cared for in all seasons. We feel completely safe and all tenants are quiet and very friendly to chat with. Looking forward to being in this comfortable neighborhood for quite a while.
I’ve lived here for only three months, but I have been amazed by the quality and professionalism of the staff that I have encountered. The leasing agents could not have been more helpful as I transitioned into apartment living for the first time in my life. The maintenance crew does a superb job with trash pickup and salting/clearing snow. They also provided prompt and excellent service when I needed them for two issues inside my apartment.
