This apartment complex truly makes you feel at home. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I never felt like “just a resident,” I felt like I was personally known and cared about. The maintenance staff are amazing, any time I had a question about anything, they were there to help or fix it, not that anything needed fixing! On a scale of 5 stars, this gets a 10! Repairs to our house after catastrophic flooding caused us to find an apartment ASAP. Meridian had the ONE furnished apartment we could find in the area. The staff there could NOT have been more helpful in every possible way. The apartment and the entire complex is very well maintained
We (Paulette and I) are truly lucky to have found such as beautiful and warm community to live!! Lilly and Andrea have made our stay very accommodating, warm and a feeling they really care about the people of Meridian ! They promptly attend to every question and concern with accurate information and a very quick response. The admin staff is without the best!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience living at Meridian West Shore. From the moment I moved in, the management team has been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly sweet and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable and at home. The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well.
