I'm working out here at ft Irwin and ended up needing to see a doctor reasonably soon. This office was awesome to interact with. Very kind, knowledgeable, and fast.
Never sent prescriptions to pharmacy. For an urgent care office they have zero urgency. They had me going back and forth to the pharmacy and to the clinic to try and get the issue resolved. If you go to this urgent care I would make sure they send the prescription otherwise expect delays. And I get it I worked in customer service and clinics but this is really unacceptable.
Great clinic, staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Pasha cares about the patients and her work show it.
The staff are extremely kind, caring, and professional. A very judgment free place to get help. It’s actually one of the few times I felt truly looked out for at a care facility, everyone was fantastic.
