I had work done on my 5th wheel , had fridge serviced ,even worse when I got home, I had kitchen Fawcett replaced ,terrible cheap junk low flow crap,all the lines still hanging down under the sink and loose ,had AC serviced quit the second day home so and $500 dollars to install my fabric on the awning , this is a usual fee if $200- $250 ,I had to bring a mobile guy in, shame on you and your staff what you did was theft ,never again will I ever call this place .
Went in for a few warranty issues and was very happy with the quality of the repairs made when I got it back. I can tell who ever worked on this had pride in his work because it shows.
We bought a new trailer from Meridian at the beginning of this year. I have to say, this is the best customer service I have ever had. Our sales rep had messaged me before even coming in and answered all my questions. Since we bought the trailer, he has replied every single time I had any questions immediately. The financial human has also replied immediately for any questions we needed for warranty purposes. 10/10 for Johnny our sales rep. And Billy our financial advisor. I will buy from Meridian for forever.
