This practice does not do proper billing and will ask you for a credit card to be on file that they randomly charge at their will even before insurance is completely paid or a statement is sent. I asked about billing even before I booked an appt and all they kept telling me was that I did not have a copay. But lets see how long it takes to get my money back ??? Terrible !!!
I am only rating this practice with two stars instead of one because my therapist is absolutely amazing, and I'm grateful to have been connected with her. The practice itself is unreachable, and billing is unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. I've been over-billed for nearly every session I've had to the point where I've had to pull EOBs and create a spreadsheet to show them why they owe me money.
