They can’t treat you unless you already have an official diagnosis. I don’t get the point.
entire staff has a bad attitude and were disrespectful
The administration of this office is terrible. The staff are rude. They do not take the time to listen to concerns and issues and help solve the problem. They also have a policy which I understand is rather standard in the industry that if you do not feel your doctor is a good fit you cannot see anyone else in their practice and they refer out. I was asked a ton of questions when I tried to find a better fit it was difficult and frustrating.
The psychiatrist was good, but everything else was kind of a bummer. The portal isn’t great, and calling the office doesn’t help much. If you’re on a medication that you absolutely need to be taking, you could run into trouble here.
