I actually couldn't tell you how good this place is. I had an appointment that I thought was virtual because of past communications. Day of, I'm assuming it wasn't because I couldn't find a link. I messaged them. I called the front desk and was on hold for 10 minutes until the automated message said "Nobody is here to take your call, leave a voicemail if you want". I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible communication, zero professionalism and a complete lack of respect for patient's time. I waited over a month for my first appointment with Christine Pulido, MD. I recently received my school schedule which conflicted with my existing apointment. I called to see if it would be possible to shift my apointment time so I could attend my class, my call went unanswered so I left a voicemail. Dr. Chappell is very unprofessional, discriminatory, doesn't care about patients (at least me), and hurtful. Waited for a long time for an appointment and she cancelled the day before saying they only treat the basics (basically what you can get from your GP or via these telehealth places) - depression/anxiety. If you have something more complex than mild depression or anxiety and need someone with knowledge and skills please try elsewhere. They're a little shady, guys. Not medically; I'm sure they're not breaking any codes. But I requested a new doctor because I wasn't feeling heard, and they started making everything so much harder. "Mean girl" behavior; not helpful and makes me feel like shiz. Now I have to start THE WHOLE PROCESS somewhere else (read: many months) for a diagnosis. Waste of money, waste of time.
PLEASE, PLEASE don't go here. I never even saw a provider because they kept cancelling my appointments and then blamed me. Totally unprofessional and rude. I called and spoke to someone at the desk for an hour to make psych and therapy appointments that never happened. They cancelled my first appointment because the therapist they booked me with quit.
