They're a little shady, guys. Not medically; I'm sure they're not breaking any codes. But I requested a new doctor because I wasn't feeling heard, and they started making everything so much harder. "Mean girl" behavior; not helpful and makes me feel like shiz. Now I have to start THE WHOLE PROCESS somewhere else (read: many months) for a diagnosis. Waste of money, waste of time.
PLEASE, PLEASE don't go here. I never even saw a provider because they kept cancelling my appointments and then blamed me. Totally unprofessional and rude. I called and spoke to someone at the desk for an hour to make psych and therapy appointments that never happened. They cancelled my first appointment because the therapist they booked me with quit. They can’t treat you unless you already have an official diagnosis. I don’t get the point.
entire staff has a bad attitude and were disrespectful
The administration of this office is terrible. The staff are rude. They do not take the time to listen to concerns and issues and help solve the problem. They also have a policy which I understand is rather standard in the industry that if you do not feel your doctor is a good fit you cannot see anyone else in their practice and they refer out. I was asked a ton of questions when I tried to find a better fit it was difficult and frustrating.
