The administration of this office is terrible. The staff are rude. They do not take the time to listen to concerns and issues and help solve the problem. They also have a policy which I understand is rather standard in the industry that if you do not feel your doctor is a good fit you cannot see anyone else in their practice and they refer out. I was asked a ton of questions when I tried to find a better fit it was difficult and frustrating.
The psychiatrist was good, but everything else was kind of a bummer. The portal isn’t great, and calling the office doesn’t help much. If you’re on a medication that you absolutely need to be taking, you could run into trouble here.
I like my doctor I have here, but the front desk people were unkind and rude when I called and asked about a question. I always seem to have to wait a long time for a someone to answer even though I’m already a patient here.
I had a horribly discriminatory and offensive experience with them. After reporting this behavior to management I received a call from the front desk manager, Rocio Garcia, who asked me to forward her any emails containing the discriminatory and offensive behavior. I received no response for 7 days. She finally responded with: “I received your email. We talked about your concerns with Dale. Gretchen is our Director of Operations.
