Repairs have been very affordable and communication has been great. Highly recommend this service!
I’ve worked with other managers, but none are as responsive as Meridian. Always answer texts or calls quickly. Whether it's a simple question or an urgent issue, I know I’ll get a reply within the hour. That kind of responsiveness is rare in this industry.
Just signed a lease w Dibran thru Meridian and although my situation with moving has been stressful (landlord sold the property I was living in) they have done everything to help make my transition seamless.
