The office is hideous looks like they are just taking your money. Receptionist was rude, insensitive, and should not interact with people seeking mental health treatment. I was told that I could not be seen because I was 5 minutes late (location of office is confusing and receptionist was missing from her desk for 3 minutes) and if I wanted to reschedule there was a $55 fee. Would give 0 stars if I could. Was promised experienced therapy for my daughter after she was discharged from a hospital with OCD and trichotillomania. What I got was exactly the opposite. After 3-4 sessions, they said there was nothing they could do for her. We had 1 appt left with the psychiatrist for a medication refill. Showed up for appt, only to find out they cancelled it on us without letting us know. This left my daughter without meds and there are 3 month waiting lists around town to see a new psychiatrist. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Mostly Does this provider answer the phone in a reasonable time when you call? Mostly Was this psychologist's office clean? It was satisfactory

Definitely yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychologist's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did you feel safe in this psychologist's care? Yes

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this psychologist's office? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was this psychologist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
