I see that Meridian Pointe has responded to my review. It baffles me the extent they will go to make themselves look like the good guys in this situation, even going as far as telling outright lies! First of all, they did NOT immediately contact us when they found the bookkeeping error. We contacted them the day after the charge was posted, then it took them almost a week to finally give us an explanation in writing. Secondly, the excuse of waiting for their attorney before responding to our negotiation letter(s) is bogus. T... read more
