Read the reviews of this company and their apartments in the valley. They own Highline in Columbia Falls as well. Awful housing, zero privacy from neighbors (more so than most apartment buildings due to it's cheap design), bureaucratic privacy invasions, and the rent increases make it basically overpriced section 8 housing. i've lived here my ENTIRE LIFE and no complaints and im 24 rn
I lived here for 2 years and it was terrible. It was better than being homeless but that's it. Owners never plowed the whole parking lot in the winter so I got stuck several times. Walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors. The worst part is that when I left they charged me for damages that were there when I moved in. They claimed they lost my damage statement and that because they didn't have it I had to pay. This place is a scam.
