I called about 4 years and had them replace the outside water spigots on my house. They replaced the old ones with new anti-siphon spigots. After 2 years, one started leaking when shut off. I called them and they were very pleasant to deal with and sent someone out to fix it right away. I was told that the cause of the leak was because the spigot was being turned off too tight and it was wearing out the rubber washer inside. Matt replaced the spigot. Over-tightening?
