This place is absolutely horrible. My parents booked a room for 6 weeks and from day 1 there have been nothing but problems. They spent the first 2 weeks with a malfunctioning furnace having multiple people come and go claiming it was fixed. A few weeks later the elevator stopped working. They were on the 14th floor so basically stranded until it was fixed. The code to the main door changed without notice. Then the water was cut off for a day without notice. Crazy just trying to get in the building, scaffolding everywhere, kinda dangerous but ok ,get to room the bed is terrible! I ended up sleeping on a couch which was terrible also! room # 1202,beautiful view,
