The units are now privately owned but building management does a great job up-keeping and maintaining the property!
Stayed In room 502 .. I DON’T RECOMMEND,The parking wasn’t convenient had to park across the street in a small parking garage & room wasn’t cozy and was VERY SMALL ! The furniture was DIRTY & Outdated . Needs to be throughly cleaned and properly. When you walk in it had a foul odor like mold . Couldn’t sleep the BED was hard and uncomfortable. The building is VERYYY Old outdated . Wouldn’t return here didn’t enjoy my stay . Only positive thing I can say is the view was beautiful
Love this place had a wonderful host Feels like a small resort
