For me and my family it was our first experience in North Carolina and living in that place was spectacular, it is a beautiful place, the staff puts a lot of effort to keep the environment pleasant and very careful, I congratulate you for having that excellent maintenance team and manage. If I had not needed a 3-room apartment I would never have left there. Sorry for my English but I just wanted tell about your jobs. Thank you guys you are the best.
RecommendedI just love love love it here at meridian Park there's so many perks but one of my number one perks is I can walk out my door and not be right at my neighbor's door LOL🤭 I love the fact that the doors are miles away from each other👍🏾🙏🏾🤪I'm a people person and not only do I love people-watching I love the fact that I can watch out my window while doing my dishes or cooking for that matter 👀🙃
RecommendedI would recommend Meridian Park. I have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed every minute. It is very quiet which is important for me as I work night shift. Staff are friendly and maintenance requests are completed promptly.

RecommendedI love this complex. I have lived here since 2016 and can't imagine living anywhere else. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. I feel safe going on my walks, the apartments are spacious, lots of storage and green space. My grandchild thinks the playground is her private play space!
RecommendedQuiet neighborhood. I feel safe here. They offer corporate housing. Management and Maintenance Crew are professional and quick to respond to issues. I can't thank them enough for all they do for us.
The manager Leigh Ann had a nice nasty attitude and wAs very sarcastic. When i moved out i took pics n made sure it was clean. I’m always being accused of OCD yet they deducted almost half my deposit saying it was dirty!!!!! Insane.They will find a reason to keep your deposit. Beware i would not recommend here
Disrespecshowm to certain tenants . Witnessed it personally while she spoke to them over the phone. It was management. 2018 and people still treat others mean. I would never move there although i live in my home i will not recommend this place .
