I Have to say thank you to the behavior techs and supervisors who put in the work to keep me and others safe. The problems I've had here include many things breaking, uncleanliness (a staff forced me and another client to clean a day room that had not been cleaned in what looked like months if not a year.), staff using point sheets as a weapon to make kids scared, some of the staff are just downright petty. I absolutely would rather not leave a negative comment about any establishment; but it needs to be addressed. I called Lakeview Pensacola for general information about the services that they provide. I spoke with a woman by the name of Mariah and as per the 1 star; it was almost unreal to hear how someone could be so profoundly rude and inconsiderate over the phone in regards to a simple call for information. Doesn't seem to care. Called up there and this was the conversation: Operator: "MERIDIAN!!" Me: "Hello?" Operator: "MERIDIAN!!" Me: "Yes ma'am, I'm just calling because I have a few questions and I don't even know if I'm calling the right place" Operator: "uh huh" Wow....at least try to act like you're talking to another human. If this is how you treat adults on the phone I'd be scared to see how you treat kids in person.
