I have been at the apartment complex since 6/24. This is a great place to live: leasing office personal are great, it’s quiet, plenty of parking space, having a garage with an outlet makes it more useful ,and the monthly events are fun.
RecommendedI love the amenities...the exercise gym with the top of the line equipment, the pool and especially the fire pit on cool nights! I love the location of this facility! It’s within walking distance to and from many local businesses including restaurants and banks. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and polite!
Too expensive and staff don’t follow through with fulfilling requests. My first unit was a two bedroom. The neighbors were loud, we experienced bad water damage, mold ($2,200 worth of damage to personal property) and slow moving maintenance people who never completes the job. My new unit is a three bedroom and it’s still not worth the nearly $1,800/ month rent. The utility bills fluctuate greatly from month to month. My car was broken into during the summer and parking is horrible.
I’m trying to be hopeful about living here but I’ve only been here since May 30, 2019 and it has been nothing short of HELL from the beginning. I definitely will not be renewing my lease here.
Management in office does not give timely responses.
They charge you for amenities that were part of your original lease like charge you an extra $20 A month for valet trash when they have a dumpster on site. They don’t pick up holidays or Friday night or Saturday.
Great place to live! Very thoughtful and personable staff. Great location with lots of growth currently. The amenities are lovely. My family hasn’t felt this “at home” in awhile.
