VERY POOR SERVICE!! My mother who is in a wheelchair because of possible pinched nerves came to her appointment today, 10/22/13 just to be told "We do not have all of your results" AGAIN before they can perform surgery. The first time this has happen was just last month! My mother who is 70 years old and is disabled and on SSI can not afford to keep driving to this clinic which is about 30 miles away just to be told "WE DO NOT HAVE ALL OF YOUR RESULTS TO GIVE YOU A DATE FOR SURGERY".
