My practitioner of 10 years retired apparently. Was not notified. Cannot get to the main office without investing 15 minutes talking to a call center. Then have to hold to get to the main office. The main office was of zero help. On my own to find a new doctor (suddenly and immediately) there and have to reinvest 15 min. when I do just to get to someone at the front desk in order to have 10 years of records transferred to my new primary. Terrible experience. The experience before they were purchased was much much better.
