Try getting medication refills. IMPOSSIBLE. You leave a message on refill scripts line, and it goes into space. NEVER a return call. You will have to call your doctor to complain. Very aggravating. You don’t need additional stress. Go elsewhere. Try Dr Asnani. He used to work there, but he too left. He went out on his own. Office is in Brick.

The staff here is BEYOND rude! The secretaries, and Nurses station NEVER answer the phones and I have literally spent entire work days calling, and leaving messages for call backs for something as serious as needing a script for insulin to something as simple as confirming that they recieved a fax from me to release my medical information. Do NOT go to the endocrinology practice and see Dr. Ong if you suffer from Secondary adrenal insufficiency. Luckily I got second opinion ASAP and I suffer with Hypopituitarism. If you have RARE disorders DONT bother going to this practice!!!!!

Dr. Danielle Lann, MD has been my husband's endocrinologist since his first thyroid cancer surgery several years ago. Her care and compassion are outweighed only by her professionalism and consistent attention to his needs. We are also particularly impressed with her prompt and detailed communication with us regarding results of tests and/or procedures. We are truly blessed to have Dr. Lann in our "circle" of physicians.
