Inconsistent pricing, told us on the phone $285 for physical test (lab+immunization can be covered by insurance) and raised it to $600 when we visited in office (lab cannot be covered by insurance)
I had a great experience with this clinic. When I called to ask info and availability they were very clear and helpful with dates and times. I was able to get a same day appointment. I didn’t need to translate my vaccinations because they have Spanish and Portuguese nurses that could understand my card. Isolde ( I hope I wrote her name correctly) was the nurse that took care of me. She was in great spirit and made me feel comfortable and welcome. If you need your documentation again there are not willing to help or work around your schedule or availability or give it to someone else authorized by you , very rude staff and they don’t care if you took time off from work to go there just to find out that they were closed! When on Google says they are open. Really disappointed. I also have to mention that they have high prices/costs for these medical exams and dr barely spent 5 minutes with me!! This place is a joke!
