My first time here, and I couldn't be happier! I wanted to schedule a deep tissue massage to relieve my back pain from work, and the masseuse was quick to schedule one. She perfectly addressed all my back issues, and the pain was gone. From the start, she was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable. I should’ve known better… anyone with so many available appointments should raise a red flag. The massage was just okay. She left in the middle of my massage to deal with a walk in. Asked me to tip 20% at the time of payment. No one should ask for the tip amount for any service, ever. This is based on my ability to pay, and your ability to give good service. I think I might be generous with a 3 star review to be honest.
I am disappointed because I really wanted to love this place. The message experience was actually good, but that is all completely ruined by the fact that I was pressured to tip higher than the tip I provided, and the customer service was extremely poor. They really listened and paid attention to every detail. They have helped a lot of relieving aches and pains as well as stress tension in my back and shoulders. Thank you.
This is now my favorite spa! This is new management I'm pretty sure. Things I notice are how clean the massage room was. They put fresh sheets on the bed everytime. The massage quality was excellent. They speak good English and are very polite and professional. I highly reccomend this spa!
