I have enjoyed massage for many years, and the quality levels can vary greatly. To my joy, Sophia has one of the best massages in the greater Seattle area. Her English is better than most, and her training shows in the consistency of her massage. I have been making appointments with her for 3 years and can recommend her service without reservation.

My first time here, and I couldn't be happier! I wanted to schedule a deep tissue massage to relieve my back pain from work, and the masseuse was quick to schedule one. She perfectly addressed all my back issues, and the pain was gone. From the start, she was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel comfortable. I should’ve known better… anyone with so many available appointments should raise a red flag. The massage was just okay. She left in the middle of my massage to deal with a walk in. Asked me to tip 20% at the time of payment. No one should ask for the tip amount for any service, ever. This is based on my ability to pay, and your ability to give good service. I think I might be generous with a 3 star review to be honest.

I am disappointed because I really wanted to love this place. The message experience was actually good, but that is all completely ruined by the fact that I was pressured to tip higher than the tip I provided, and the customer service was extremely poor. I came in earlier in the week to schedule an appointment. Communication with the lady in the office was very confusing and frustrating because the language barrier is really severe.
