Amazing quality
Katherine was super friendly, had lots of information for my viewing. Loved the neighbourhood. Very clean and quiet apartment/neighbourhood. Definitely would love to live here or in the area.
Lived there for 3 years. The building was maintained well, safety checks always done on time, maintenance issues dealt with promptly, and it was cleaned regularly. Interactions with Capreit staff was pleasant. Get the underground parking, street parking can be limited. Gym is has most of what you need.
