Horrible billing practices.
This company uses a third party billing center located in Oklahoma. When I was in a car wreck, the driver’s insurance paid my bill in full. However, the shoddy billing company chose to lie to a collections agency and say I had never paid. I had to deal with a screaming debt collector who refused to accept “the bill has been paid” as an answer. When my claims adjuster called, Meridian Imaging said, “Well we have right here that it was paid in June.” They stated they would send me an “official letter” stating the bill had been... read more
