This place is dirty and dingy. Its a large empty building with nothing but employees. Where are all the patients? The parking lot is empty. The lobby looks unused. They lack proper ADA compliance. To be updated
Dr. Lindsey was such a kind soul and I could tell she genuinely cared to help me. But I don't know if it's some kind of structural issue or what but it was always a pain in the ass to request medications. I had TWO separate incidents where I was running out of medicine and I requested a refill 1 week in advance to me running out and didn't get my refills done in time and ended up running out, dealing with the withdrawals
I place a five star with confidence specially for the OTP, I want to give a shout out to my two favorite nurses Ms.Marisha and Mrs.Shannon for being the greatest nurses; they are down to earth and always willing to help me and they have great personalities. I can always count on them and for that I’m grateful for. For anybody that is looking for a good OTP, Ocala location is definitely a good choice. P.s the comments above are talking about another part of meridian. Definitely not OTP. Just saying :-)
My 8 year old daughter unfortunately is in the child trafficking system AKA (foster system) and was abused horrifically for 3 1/2 months even though I said something everyday. My family member finally got her and she has no so good issues bc of that. She was baker acted last Friday and I am still waiting on my phone call from some doctor who was to be evaluating her. They put my daughter on Prozac when American Medical Association "HIGHLY" recommends that NO CHILD under the age of 12 is to be put on this medicine bc of the s... read more
Most staff are rude and not reliable or available. Phone system is horrible. I never received a return call after leaving a message. Rachet behavior from staff. Time to move on
