Ive been a patient of Meridian for over a decade. Dr Abernathy in Gainesville is amazing. I started coming to the Ocala location maybe a month or so after it opened. Dr Linda is also an amazing. Today however I had the displeasure of meeting Pamela Caroll and her triage nurses. It was supposed to be a telehealth appt, I waited in the lobby for almost 26 minutes for Pamela to join the appointment, when she finally did I asked her to please give me 45 seconds to a minute, I was at work and only get a 30 min break off the clock... read more

This place is dirty and dingy. Its a large empty building with nothing but employees. Where are all the patients? The parking lot is empty. The lobby looks unused. They lack proper ADA compliance. To be updated

Dr. Lindsey was such a kind soul and I could tell she genuinely cared to help me. But I don't know if it's some kind of structural issue or what but it was always a pain in the ass to request medications. I had TWO separate incidents where I was running out of medicine and I requested a refill 1 week in advance to me running out and didn't get my refills done in time and ended up running out, dealing with the withdrawals

I place a five star with confidence specially for the OTP, I want to give a shout out to my two favorite nurses Ms.Marisha and Mrs.Shannon for being the greatest nurses; they are down to earth and always willing to help me and they have great personalities. I can always count on them and for that I’m grateful for. For anybody that is looking for a good OTP, Ocala location is definitely a good choice. P.s the comments above are talking about another part of meridian. Definitely not OTP. Just saying :-)
