I experienced racism from 3 security guards in ER entrance. Around 6:00 PM, Aug. 25th. In that big hospital?? It is 2025 now.
Worse hospital everrrrr! Nurses and front desk are even worse!!!!!!
I was in for shoulder surgery. Everything went well. The care that was given by the staff, nurses, etc.. professional, attentive and caring! TY!
Employees do not respond to requests for IMPORTANT requests for prior medical records.
Managing health issues are always a difficult, but I have found the people and facilities at Riverview make every effort to make these moments as easy on you as possible. Valet your car at the front door, register at the front desk, take in the sweeping views of the river, and be seen by doctors, nurses, and the all the other staff members who make you feel like a real-life person they care about helping rather than a cog in the machine of their business.
