Does not answer the phone. Wants to relay on voice-mail to communicate.sends meds to wrong pharmacy many times.communication in office is by far the worse experience I've had with doctors office.
My doctor canceled appointment 2 hours before my scheduled time then claimed not to worry they are sending in my refill. Only to find out it was never sent to pharmacy. I called again. They claimed they would take care of it. Never happened. I called again. They hung up on me. I called again and she said it's out of their hands they sent it into the nurse dept and can take up to 48 hours.
