My twins have been waiting over a year for services. At the 2nd appointment the Dr. told me herself she failed her exam and does NOT have her license. When I asked what is she actually licensed to do I got runaround answers. She shouldn't be seeing patients! SERIOUSLY WTH is going on with the medical world?! What a joke!
This facility has strung me along for 5 months. Lied to me about having psychiatrists and when the appointment was. Doesn't have the best case managers. Case manager sent me a note back to me describing how he don't like me. Therapist also stated that she doesn't have to communicate with her clients. My son lost his bag of toys and candy he collected from the vendors at the Elkhart County Fair. Amanda McFarland works at Meridian and found out about the missing bag. She took the time to make him up another bag and deliver it to me for him. We are complete strangers. Imagine what they do for their patients!
Got there early. Front desk was friendly and funny. Waited until my appointment time. Maybe 3 minutes over. Didn't know what to expect as a first timer but definitely feel like I'll be getting the help I need.
Should of gave zero stars...Terrible service. Horrible women at the front desk. They ignore calls and act rude with patients when they answer. The business claims to help people but ignore them when its time to renew medication for mental illness. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MENTAL WELLNESS
