Kristen is an incredibly supportive, compassionate, and empathetic therapist. She pushes me to grow and do the work while reminding me to be kind and gentle with myself. She helps me recognize my strengths and focus on the good qualities in myself, especially when I’m struggling to see them. I’m grateful for the safe, genuine space she creates and the impact she’s had on my growth. The office is also warm, welcoming, and professional.
I highly recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about her clients. I truly appreciate her.
Meridian, its owner Katie and the therapists have saved mine and my children’s lives, literally. We were at a major crossroads in our lives and they saved us. I had just come back from a suicide “idolization” and Meridian was my life-raft. They are a great Counseling agency. Macy Barnes is a very caring counselor. They always go out out of their way to try and work out Extra appointment times for me when I need The extra Support. I highly recommend this Counseling agency to anyone looking for a counselor.
