I had a Swedish soft tissue massage with Sarah on 9/23 while on vacation. I went in with a lot of back pain and tightness. I also mentioned to her that I've been dealing with sciatica problems for the last year. I assumed that the massage would mainly be focused on my back since that was the area I highlighted on the paper. The massage mainly was focused on my legs and feet. Amazing as always!
Due to Natalie’s thorough expertise and considerate manner of massage techniques, I haven’t needed to see a chiropractor in years!! Her deep tissue work keeps me moving. I am not a fan of exercising so I am a little sore right after my appointment, but that fades later. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to be as long as she’s in business!!
