Had a massage this past weekend with Heidi. It was just what I needed. She was responsive to my requests and also pushed my body to release some serious tension. I'd go back in a heart beat.
I had a Swedish soft tissue massage with Sarah on 9/23 while on vacation. I went in with a lot of back pain and tightness. I also mentioned to her that I've been dealing with sciatica problems for the last year. I assumed that the massage would mainly be focused on my back since that was the area I highlighted on the paper. The massage mainly was focused on my legs and feet.
