I've been a resident of these apartments for 2 years. They call it a Community, but it's hardly one. In 2 years, I got to know only the neighbors in my immediate surroundings. The office manager only appears to be nice. Don't be naive. The office personnel is never on your side. They would argue with you for hours while treating you like some kinda inmate. Unfortunately I feel like this place is in a decline, there seems to be a constant rotation of managers so getting a reliable answer to any issue is almost impossible. There are a lot cars that just get bounced around to different parking spaces but never leave the lot which makes finding a spot after work or for a visitor very difficult.
