Service Technician, Curlee Coleman, was OUTSTANDING. He not only represented your company with excellence, but was your customers advocate. Through no fault of his or your company the oven door front came damaged from the factory three times due to improper packaging. Called GE about a problem with my washer. They put in a service order for repair and this company was supposed to call me. They never did. I verified with GE that the service order was placed after a week had passed with no call. The number provided is not answered and the mailbox is always full. I fully expect them to respond to this review and attempt to explain, but from other responses to reviews it's clear they aren't very professional. I have had 2 appointments scheduled with this company thru my protection plan. They did not show up either time and did not call. I would not recommend to anyone.

To high
