They started the project much earlier than expected, where as other contractors were months out. A little issue with some accent tile, but a change in the shower design resolved the problem. The total came out a little less than the estimate which is always a good thing. Thanks Spencer! Good job! Adding: previous comments were made before the shower glass was installed. Start to finish was an excellent experience. We had our upstairs master bath completely remodeled. We had a tub and vanity already purchased, as well a lot of work I wanted to do myself. MDC easily accommodated our items and our specific situation and schedule deadline. We were able to design in their show room tiles and colors very easily with our already purchased items.
