I don't even have words for this Branch. I have been dealing with my father's estate and trying to get away from this branch. First off wouldn't provide paperwork of all assets that I requested from the beginning (I did finally get it after several emails). Recieved a phone call to sign paperwork, I won't say her name she needs a job, told me that both executors needed to be on hand. 4 hours later the other executor messaged me and it could be done separately at our convenience. Super friendly staff and wonderful service at this bank
It is ridiculous that the bank has Branch hours but they tell you to go and use the bank machine. What's the point of coming to the bank during Bank hours to be turned away?
If I could rate it lower I would.
