It is ridiculous that the bank has Branch hours but they tell you to go and use the bank machine. What's the point of coming to the bank during Bank hours to be turned away?

I don’t normally do this but looking at getting small business start up loan been reaching out to Natalie for over a month I had reached out to Malcom and got a call back within the hour but his cap is under a 100k horrible service from Natalie have been with the bank ever since I was old enough to open account and will have to be taking business elsewhere
Very long wait to see teller 30 min For 3 min. transaction.... However still #1 for my banking needs
Very terrible customer service and the call center is no better. I have all the information about my account my address mail and an expired passport because my wallet was stolen and they replaced the card for me 5 or 6 months ago with no ID and now they can't replace it very ridiculous. Back and forth between call centre and the Owen sound branch. Very unhelpful and hung up on me twice while I was asking questions calmly and politely. Not cool
