I would like to take a moment to say what a excellent experience I had a couple of days ago at this location with teller/customer service Brysen. Very approachable, very professional, did everything that I needed, but also, had a genuine warmth and friendliness about him. I was having a bit of a tough day and his empathetic and genuine human approach was much appreciated. Admittedly, most of my banking is done online, and I don't go in person often, but I'm so glad that I did and had Brysen helping me out today. Thank you
Dec.2025 update: I have happily avoided this meridian credit Union branch since my poor experience there in 2024, And I have taken away one more star due to meridian's lack of reply (canned messages at best) to my review that follows: As a long time customer, I've discovered this is a Meridian Credit Union branch where one can be treated like a suspicious stranger that is risky, in spite of many years of doing personal & business banking.
