Had a good experience with the office staff by accident. Had an issue where it sent me the address to corporate. But great experience other than that.

Our one-bedroom condo was a bit too small for three of us, so we needed a larger place. They quickly helped us move out and got us into a beautiful, much nicer condo — for a very reasonable amount. Beautiful Resort and excellent location. We had a 2 bedroom Condo with a few minor problems that were addressed immediately! I sent a few emails and immediately received a response.
Bugs. so hot n stuffy inside and wasnt allowed to turn the ac lower than 74. Even with every fan running at full speed it was miserable in april, i couldnt imaaine it in summer.Tubs drained when tryina to bathe. Pools n hot tubs weren't working more than half the time. I truely hate how much I spent trying to achieve comfort and luxury and would've gotten more luxury at a la Ouinta. Someone couldn't pay me to stay again let alone pav over 1700 for a freakin week. Stayed in Scottsdale condo off of Bell Rd. It was a horrible experience. The unit was horrible. Toilet was lose, carpet was wrinkled, HVAC terrible and we lost one day of use because of HVAC repairs. Parking was far away and the tenant upstairs walked day and night stomping on floor. We couldn't sleep and had no relief of cost due to disruptions. DO NOT STAY HERE. It was very expensive. We moved to other location on golf course for less money and a beautful facility. THEY SHOULD GIVE US A FULL REFUMD
