We have been working with Meridian for over a year now. They are excellent at following up, and taking great care of the property. Always very prompt in communicating back to us, and very good about explaining in detail any thing we don’t understand with the property. We are very happy with Meridian Property Manangement. They have certainly taken a great deal of pressure and worries away from us. We are extremely happy to be working with them.
I have worked with many Property Management companies in the past both in the Bay Area and other locations in California. Joelle and her team is the best of the best. They communicate, take excellent care of properties and always follow up.
