My husband went in to schedule some repairs and get a price. He is aware that he doesn’t have the greatest truck. But these people where beyond rude to him. To the point that the lady came out of the office telling the mechanic what she thought was wrong. We will NEVER EVER take a car or truck to this business. No deserves to be treated horrible because they don’t drive something expensive

I'd have to say the work looked good . The only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Otherwise I'm not happy with the communication that Chad has as someone who is handling the process of getting my truck fixed. Let me break it down. I went in on November 20th to set up for my truck to be started Nov 28th. I did this because I was out of town for four days. Dropped it off on the 27th with the feeling that I would have my truck fixed by the 1st of Dec. Because I was informed from Chad that it would take 2 to 3 days to fix. I was very h... read more
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! CHAD NESS gave me a 4 day estimate and took 8 days. The bodywork On the quarter panel is completely off! The gas cap is sticking out 3 mm on each side. I asked them to fix it they said no due to the "previous damage"
I am very pleased with Meridian Collision and highly recommend them!!! Big Thanks to Chad and Kathy who I dealt with the most! They made getting my repairs done simple, easy, and everyone there was super friendly! I would use them again in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to others!!!
