This place is a joke! They just can’t get it together. I have previously posted on yelp about this place. There customer service is lousy excluding 1 employee who is awesome. They constantly screw up how I request my laundry. I show up today for my laundry that was suppose to be available by 4pm to find a note posted on the door that “laundry has not deliver until 530pm sorry thx.” I show back up a little after 6pm to find that there’s still no delivery and she has no idea if there will even be a delivery and they close at 7... read more
They did an excellent job on my two dresses. One has oil stain, another with wax stain. Personally I tried to get off the stains multiple times myself and failed. They even charged me regular price, $3.25 each for washing and stain removal. I am more than impressed with them. Keep up with the good work!
