After e-mailing for a quote and not receiving a reply, I finally called and talked to Julie. Julie was pleasant over the phone, and arranged for us to reserve a 10x20' unit starting on September 5, with complimentary use of a moving truck. I called again a day later to change our reservation to September 4 and to pay the $50.00 reservation fee with a credit card, which Julie was kind enough to do and with which we received a written confirmation for our storage unit and use of the truck.
