My family and I were very impressed with the staff and their care towards my mother. They provided excellent service and genuine attention to her and her needs. At first she was very apprehensive about staying in a care facility but has quickly changed her mind. She loves the activities provided and the food. Everything about Meridian Care Facility shows excellence. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Meridian has definitely made my mother's stay an enjoyable one. 5 star rating for sure.
Lots of good, hardworking staff have been replaced by inexperienced, young workers. There is some neglect towards the clients' needs. When one really needs them, they are nowhere in sight.
I'm so glad my family is taken care of by the Meridian Staff. They are always there for you when you need them. Thank you for all you do!
