I wouldn’t recommend your company to my worst enemy!!! Absolute worst customer service ever! No-one can answer a question, always being redirected...always “someone” else’s mistake! Your office sent paperwork to Encompass, and yet encompass claims they didn’t get it, therefore causing major policy changes, that I directly told you NOT to do!
I've had the pleasure of working with this team many times. Everyone is very personable, professional, and deliver excellent customer service in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend their services!
