worst HOA. Not responsive and fine you for everything to gain fee for everything. Washington state should audit them for abuse and remove their license
Absolutely the worst organization I have had to deal with. They will fine you over the smallest patch of brown grass even when there is a water restriction in place by the county. They're processes are set up against the homeowner; for example, you have ten days to pay a fine but appeals take 30 days. Kathleen just asked for a picture verification for green grass on December 1st. How does a homeowner deal with that level of stupidity?
