Absolutely impressed with the technique and skill of Mrs Lalita. Her understanding of muscle structure and pressure points is exceptional. Every movement was purposeful and firm where it needed to be, gentle where appropriate. She seamlessly combined deep tissue work with relaxing strokes, releasing tension without leaving me sore.
