The receptionist at Blue ridge behavioral health in Brevard is the absolute worst. She is heartless and cruel and should NOT be dealing with behavioral health patients or the general public at all!!!!!
I attempted to anonymously report a loved one’s drug abuse, and this clinic doxxed me. So, if you have someone you care about in your life and you would like to reach out to their doctor to try to get them some help, just know BRCHS will give the patient your personal information after giving them a 5 week heads up on their drug test.
WORST place ever. My therapist was running 2+ hours BEHIND. This happens every freaking time. But I’m unfortunately stuck here because nobody else takes my insurance. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.
