Idk why this place has such bad reviews. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and everyone there has really tried to help me. They are professional and I don’t have any issues bc I use the portal for my heath and the mental health office always picks up when I call. I feel cared for here and I’ve lived in a lot of places. I think everyone should advocate for their own health and not expect mental and health professionals to be magicians.
The receptionist at Blue ridge behavioral health in Brevard is the absolute worst. She is heartless and cruel and should NOT be dealing with behavioral health patients or the general public at all!!!!! In addition, the physchiatrist I see there needs to work on her bedside manner as well. Very ugly facial expressions to any questions, comments or concerns I ever have.
