I took my ford pickup to have them run a diagnotic test because of a miss firing code. The results from the test was very discouraging but accepted the results. Deccided not to do any repairs at that time and was going to drive the truck home. It wouldnt even drive off the lot because it was running so rough. Went back in to explain that the truck was not drivable and was not brought in that way. So they ran it back around to the shop, gone about 10 mintes and i was told it just needed to warm up. My Classic needed........Tommy John surgery, shoulder surgery, both hips and both knees replaced. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and personal contact from start, to finish with these guys. And my gal? She is running better than ever. GREAT experience today at Meridian Automotive! Price tag was a little more than expected and I almost walked from the quote, but I'm SO glad I didn't! Nick was so great and listened well to my wishes! Now for my rant of good things... I got the full diagnostic sent right to my phone with pictures, and they didn't pressure me or up-sell me on ANY of it! Great service and dedication. They back their work and honor their warranties, unlike other repair shops in Meridian. They get 5 Stars from us.
I've had 2 cars serviced and managed over the last 2 years. They were always professional. These cars were in their last years, and my wife and I were going to drive them till they died. That's a different purpose for the car, and Meridian Automotive knew to take care of them but we weren't going to make major repairs. They worked with me and were fantastic.
